Whether your trying to lose weight or tone your muscles the best fat burning exercise would have to be cardio. Cardio or cardiovascular exercises are for raising your heart rate and the burning of calories.
Cardio Exercises like running, swimming, bicycling, aerobics, skipping and walking are some of the best fat burning exercises because they burn calories and we all know we need to burn calories to lose weight.
Cardio alone will not give optimal results you will need to also maintain a healthy diet of foods which are high in nutritional value.

Best Belly Fat Burning Exercise
Ab Crunches - It’s an ab exercise just about everyone knows about and it is one of my favourite for toning my stomach.
Best Thigh Fat Burning Exercise 
I find that jogging will tighten your thighs and burn the fat around them. But my favourite thigh workout is squats.
Best Bum Workout
Walking can help tighten and make your bum firm, but my favourite bum workout to burn fat around the buttocks is going for a bike ride.
Top Arm Fat Burning Exercise
Punching Bag Workouts. People who do boxing are normally very fit and there is a good reason for that, boxing is great cardio. Punching a boxing bag will help lose that arm fat in no time.
Love Handles Exercise
The best fat burning exercise that targets those love handles are twisted crunches. Adding a twist to your normal crunches will target those hard to lose love handles.
