The role of exercise in our daily life ,which we usually do not do daily, is very important. You can’t figure out how much weight you can lose with appropriate diet and with 30 minutes of exercise daily. Your calories will burn like dry grass in fire.
For person, who wants to lose weight, jogging for only 10 minutes in morning time will burn extra fat on the body. Once your body gets warmed up, all you have to do is: run as fast as you can for about minute. This will evaporate your fat on the body.
By doing this regularly, you can lose around 12-15 pounds in a month. This is a scientifically proved method to reduce weight. Moreover, taking less calorie diet is more preferable after the exercise. Water plays a very significant role in increasing the rate of metabolism in our body.
The energy which burns our calorie requires much water for speeding the MB. Muscular body is more resistant to decreasing MB. So we should try to have a muscular body after losing weight for maintaining the appropriate metabolic rate.
